Since leaving his School Administration position in 1988 to launch Spirit Seminars & Consulting, Joe Schneider has been developing Servant Leaders through his work as an Executive Coach, Inspirational Speaker, and Strategic Planner. His passion to help others embrace lifelong learning and change aligns with his desire to work with professionals to improve their performance through training, coaching, and mentoring.As an Executive Coach for more than 20 years, Joe has guided hundreds of supervisors, managers, and leaders to become effective and productive community and business leaders by embracing Servant Leadership principles in their personal and professional lives. He has that unique ability, as an Inspirational Speaker and Trainer, to simultaneously teach and entertain audiences with an energetic style that enables people of all ages to have fun as he integrates teamwork, attitude, laughter, values, creativity, and Servant Leadership into his popular Behavioral Dynamics programs.
Holding a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership from Eastern Michigan University, Joe’s work with emerging organizations, profit or non-profit, has garnered amazing results as he has worked with Executives, Board Members, and Owners to establish high trust-high performing teams committed to organizational excellence by developing and reinforcing a shared vision aligned with cultural values.
An Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor Member, Joe has been involved with the Boy Scouts of America for more than 40 years. He is currently a Cubmaster, Scoutmaster, and Venture Advisor, as well as, serving as Chairman of the Catholic Committee on Scouting for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. He is a recipient of the Bronze Pelican, District Award of Merit, Silver Beaver, and St. George Adult Recognition Awards.
Inducted into the Fairfield, OH Chamber of Commerce Wall of Fame in 2000, Joe is also Phi Delta Kappa and Kentucky Colonel Honoree. Most recently he was honored with the Inaugural LaSallian Pillar Award for Leadership. Joe and his wife, Toni, thank God daily for faith, family, and friends, especially their six wonderful adult children, six energetic grandchildren and God-children, and treasuring the time they get to spend with them. To stay fit physically and mentality, they garden and landscape in their yard, enjoy a nice meal out or on their wooded backyard deck, and being active in their local church. Joe also “swims the mile” several times a year.
